- Overview
This application (“App”) is provided by Wiseman Rock Properties, LLC for internal business use by authorized personnel and designated contractors only. - License & Access
We grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right for authorized users to access and use the App solely for company business. No resale, sublicensing, or public offering. - Data Sources & Ownership
The App connects to third-party services (including QuickBooks Online and Google services) to read/write accounting and operational data. All data remains the property of Wiseman Rock Properties, LLC and/or its respective owners. - Confidentiality & Security
Users must handle accessed data as confidential. Do not export, share, or store data outside approved company systems. Report suspected unauthorized access immediately to office@pickleballbackyard.com. - Acceptable Use
No misuse (e.g., attempting to bypass controls, scraping, reverse engineering, or using the App for illegal activities). - No Warranty
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Use at your own risk. - Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wiseman Rock Properties, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App. - Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time. Users must cease use upon termination. - Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. - Contact
