Privacy Policy (Internal Application)

- Scope. This policy applies to the internal App used by authorized personnel of Wiseman Rock Properties, LLC. The App is not offered to the public.
- Data We Process
- Accounting & operations data retrieved from QuickBooks Online (and written to Google Sheets/Drive as configured).
- Technical logs/metadata (timestamps, API response status, error logs).
- User account info limited to authentication/authorization (e.g., Google/Intuit identifiers) where necessary.
- Purpose of Processing. To automate billing, reporting, and internal operations; to maintain security and auditability; and to comply with accounting and legal obligations.
- Data Sharing. We do not sell data. We share data only with service providers we use to operate the App (e.g., Intuit/QuickBooks, Google) and as required by law.
- Security. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (e.g., OAuth2, access controls, least-privilege). No method is 100% secure.
- Retention. We retain data as needed for business, accounting, and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize it.
- International Transfers. Data may be processed on servers located outside your state/country depending on our providers (Intuit, Google).
- User Rights (Internal Users). Internal users can request access, correction, or deletion of data where applicable by contacting office@pickleballbackyard.com. Some records must be retained for compliance.
- Changes to This Policy. We may update this policy; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
