Pickleball Backyard Cancellation Policy Notice

We get it — plans change! And we want to be sensitive to that. On the other hand, late cancellations harm our business by inhibiting our ability to re-book a court. Accordingly, we’ve tried to establish a fair cancellation policy as follows.

Full Refund Cancellation Window Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to start of the event/reservation are automatically refunded. Simply log in to your account and cancel — no need to call or email. Refunds are applied as account credit to your membership account at Pickleball Backyard.

Late Cancellations A refund equal to 50% of the booking cost will be issued for cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours of your scheduled booking. For cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking, no refund will be issued. Refunds are issued as a club credit.

No-Shows If you don’t show up for your booking and do not cancel in advance, the full booking amount will be charged. In addition, for events other than Drop-In & Play, a penalty charge of $5-$10 may be applied.

Rescheduling We understand that circumstances may require you to reschedule. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your new preferred time.
